The summit of Maiden Mountain
Chyzdzhyty-khokh (Ossetian name) is a peak on the Rocky Ridge in North Ossetia. It rises above the village of Dargavs and is located between the villages of Kani and Tmenikau on one side and Dargavs on the other.
Ring Waterfall

The first phase of the project was commissioned in 2025 and operated through the entire tourist season, demonstrating a steady trend in financial performance. Monthly turnover reached 3 million rubles, fully covering operating expenses.
The current occupancy rate of the facility does not exceed 25%, which creates the potential for monthly revenue growth from the first stage to 12 million rubles.
The project consists of two phases. The first phase — a 6,500 square-feet tourist center — is scheduled to open in 2025. The second phase — a 40-room hotel with a total design area of 8,600 square feet — will be built within two years. The land plot is registered to a legal entity. The project has passed state review as part of a regional competition for the creation of tourism infrastructure.
Partners acquire a 50% stake (minus one vote) in the legal entity and contribute to the hotel's construction. Funds are transferred to the project's legal entity account, and all payments are made officially. Individual terms can be agreed upon with the partner.
